Project : Manchester Maccabi, Sports and Football Club
New Sports Centre
The new Manchester Maccabi Sports Club was built through fund raising by the community and with a grant from Sport England and Big Lottery Fund though their Active England programme.
Stained Glass Design
Classical Glass were invited to design the stained glass window to go in the main front window. The design process involved initial discussions with a representative of the Club Committee and producing artwork, including a memorial inscription, for approval by the committee. The design for he window was based on the football club logo and was commissioned. The window was made from individual pieces of coloured glass and the finished panels were triple glazed and fitted into a uPVC window frame.
The Building was opened by Sir Bobby Charlton OBE.
