Ordering your new stained windows could not be easier with our simple step-by-step approach.
Step 1 MeasureDecide which window or door you would like your new stained glass to be made for.
Carefully measure the opening.
The most accurate way to measure the opening is to use a steel tape measure.
You should measure the size including the rebate where the glass fits into the frame.
Measure the width first and then the height.
We will reduce the size by 5mm to allow for a small clearance all round the stained glass panel or triple glazed unit.
Step 2 Ideas
Decide on the design, this can be a tricky one.
Look at other stained glass windows in your house or other peoples houses for ideas.
You could browse our online gallery of stained glass designs or visit our showroom where you can look through our collection of photos and design books.
Or search the images on google or other stained glass sites to give you some inspiration.
If you can, sketch out some ideas.
Step 3 Email, Design and Price
Visit our shop, phone to arrange for us to visit you or Email us with your ideas & sizes and we will send by post or email you with an original design based on your ideas and the cost to make the stained glass.
You may want to revise the design at this stage and perhaps change the colours.
Step 4 Order
Once you are happy with the design and price please email, phone or pop into our shop to confirm the order.
At this stage we will ask for a 10% deposit either by sending a cheque or pay in the shop by cash, cheque or card.
We will then make the stained glass window for you.
Step 5 Deliver, Collect or Fit
When the stained glass window is ready we can either deliver it to you or you can collect it from our shop or we can fit for you. One of experienced craftsmen can call at your home to fit the stained glass for you.
You only pay the balance when you are completely satisfied with your new stained glass window.
